Are you healthy? Test yourself!

1.  Can easily fall asleep at night and enjoy good quality sleep. Can sleep through the whole night without waking up, but for people who are over 60 years old, getting up to go to the toilet once or twice at night is considered normal.

2. Have one or two bowel movements every day.

3. Pass urine several times every day. Normal urine should be light yellow, and the amount of urine should not be too much or too little, and with no foam.

4. Have a normal appetite: always feel hungry around breakfast, lunch and dinner time, and appetite is neither too large or too small.

5. Cool head, warm hands and feet throughout the year: even in winter or at the North Pole, hands and feet are still warm.

6. Normal sweating: Sweat when the weather is hot or after exercise. The whole body should sweat evenly. If it takes a long time to sweat, or if sweat is produced for no reason, or only in one part of body, these patterns indicate an abnormality.

7. A healthy person is not afraid of heat nor cold, and the body does not usually feel cold or hot.

8. Have normal thirst: How often should people feel thirsty? It's hard to say, as this depends on what work or activities you do. If you do physical work outdoors and sweat a lot, or if you must speak a great deal, you will easily feel thirsty; people who are sitting in an office working silently all day are usually less thirsty. However, if for none of the above reasons one always feels thirsty, and after drinking water soon feels the need to drink more water, or conversely if one rarely feels thirsty and only drinks a little per day, both conditions are abnormal.

9. Menstruation: healthy women should have menstruation every 28 to 29 days, lasting about 5 days each time. The amount of blood is neither much nor too little. The blood should be bright red or a little bit dark, and there should be no pain. If your menstrual flow is not regular, or regular but not every 28 or 29 days, or if you experience any discomfort during or after menstruation (for example: migraine, bad temper, abdominal discomfort, fatigue, weak limbs, poor sleep, constipation, diarrhea ...) such conditions are not normal.

10. Healthy men should have erections every morning: Men's morning erections have nothing to do with sexual desire. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the kidneys are responsible for the reproductive system and having an erection every morning represents sufficient kidney Qi.
11. The body is free from any ailments or discomfort.
